At wagwear, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or debris.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
