How do I determine the right size for my dog?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We recommend measuring your dog's neck, chest girth, and back length while they are standing to ensure the most comfortable fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that custom-made items are final sale.
When will my order arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Are your products machine washable?
Most of our nylon and canvas products are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. However, we recommend air drying to maintain the integrity of the materials and hardware.
